Whether you are newcomer to personal fitness, someone looking to get back into the gym, or a veteran of the weight room, personal training with Jeff will help you get to the fitness level you desire.

Because core strength and flexibility are the keys to achieving and maintaining desired results, Jeff will customize a training regimen that will not only get you the level of health and fitness you desire, but will also help to lower the risk of incurring injury in your day-to-day life. Workouts will take you through a full range of stretching, core/ab work, and weight training exercises, based on your desired results.

You will receive customized one-on-one instruction, and your workouts will be designed to vary from session to session to help avoid getting into a boring routine. Your results will be monitored throughout the relationship to help ensure that progress is being made, and your workouts will continue to be customized to help you achieve the results you desire.
